You'll be accountable for...

creating a culture where teaching, learning and student outcomes are always outstanding the delivery and development of a dynamic A level offering steering our direction and fostering exceptional industry partnerships leading, supporting and challenging a team of around 30 excellent teachers contributing to the College Leadership Team quality assurance of curriculum delivery working with the Faculty Coordinator on teaching cover and support a very small teaching workload (it's vital to know what students are experiencing and feeling)
