Role Overview



As our Head of Account Management, you will lead our UK & European Account Management team, driving revenue growth, customer retention, and product adoption across a portfolio of Tier 1 retail clients. This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for a team of experienced Account Directors and Managers.


You'll be joining at a crucial time--when we're scaling fast, launching innovative new products, and investing in a high-performing team. Success in this role means hitting revenue targets, expanding our footprint within existing accounts, building a best-in-class account team, and being the internal voice of the customer to shape VoCoVo's commercial strategy.

What we're looking for




We're seeking a commercially savvy, customer-obsessed sales leader with strong experience in the retail industry. You'll need to be a confident and authentic leader who can coach, challenge, and elevate a talented team--while remaining hands-on and connected to strategic accounts.



5+ years of experience leading high-performing account management or sales teams. Proven success managing and growing large enterprise accounts with retail customers A track record of delivering against revenue targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling. Experience operating in or leading teams responsible for generating 10M+ per year in revenue. Experience in CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and forecasting/reporting tools. A good grasp of both UK retail market (bonus points if you have experience in the European retail market too!)

What you'll do





Lead and develop the Account Management team, coaching them to deliver consistent account growth and customer satisfaction. Own the strategy and execution for growing existing customer accounts across UK & Europe, particularly through upselling our new hardware and SaaS products. Be a key contributor to the commercial strategy, using frontline customer insights to inform product direction and business priorities. Actively collaborate with Product, Customer Service, and New Business to ensure customer needs are reflected in everything we deliver. Monitor and report on CSAT, revenue performance, and forecast accuracy through our CRM and dashboards. Build trusted, senior-level relationships with decision-makers at all customer organisations--becoming their escalation point and strategic partner. Help shape and mature our processes within the team

Salary range:

80,000 - 90,000
