What You'll DoManage and develop a globally distributed team of Commercial Account Managers.
Analyze and expand business operations toward sustained growth.
Lead the prioritization of crucial projects within the commercial team.
Monitor revenue streams and identify strategic opportunities to increase revenues.
Evaluate, develop, and improve internal business processes.
Develop relationships with key customers and strengthen industry partnerships.
Liaise internally with Management, other Business Units, BI, Delivery, etc., to align strategies for achieving objectives.
Deliver the GGR/Revenue budget based on Quarterly targets.
Identify strategic areas/markets of growth, develop and carry out the go-to-market plan in conjunction with the VP of Revenue.
Prioritize different tasks and the Team's focus based on revenue, importance to the business, market requirements, and regulations.
Guide, mentor, and lead the AM team from the front.
Work closely with the Partnership team to prioritize key connections.
Collaborate with various departments within the organization to facilitate the expansion of the commercial team.
Support the internal Content teams in growing their revenues.
Hire and onboard quality AMs that fit in the company culture; manage under-performing AMs.
Monthly reporting to the Senior Management team.
