WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The Head of Administration reports to the Head of Centre and is responsible for providing effective day to day operational leadership and management in all aspects of people and administrative functions, which includes:
HR advice, support and guidance ensuring administrative support in line with The Trust's HR policies, procedures and relevant employment legislation
Financial control and procedural management (budget of 2.7m)
Being a proactive member of the Centre Leadership Team
Leading, managing, and supervising the centre's administration team.
OUR CENTRE

Our Loch Eil Centre, located in the Scottish Highlands, is one of our six residential centres in the UK. It can accommodate up to 120 young people at a time, ranging from upper primary school students to apprentices at the beginning of their careers.
