About the role and the Team:





We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Agile Delivery to lead the organization's Agile transformation and ensure the successful delivery of business-critical initiatives. This role combines thought leadership, scaled Agile expertise, and senior stakeholder engagement to drive business agility and align delivery processes with organizational objectives.



You will embed Lean Software Development principles and champion the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring that Scrum Masters across the organization are equipped to enable teams to achieve exceptional outcomes. Acting as a trusted partner to the C-suite, you will influence and guide strategic decisions, foster collaboration across teams, and establish a culture of continuous improvement.


What will you be doing?




Define and execute the organization's Agile delivery strategy, aligning it with business priorities and objectives Drive the implementation and scaling of SAFe practices, ensuring effective facilitation and coaching by Scrum Masters Embed Lean Software Development principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance value delivery Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to align on Agile transformation efforts and delivery outcomes Lead and mentor a team of Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability Establish and track key performance metrics (e.g., DORA metrics) to measure delivery efficiency and continuous improvement Act as a change agent to drive organizational transformation and embed Agile practices across diverse teams and departments Advocate for Agile and Lean principles while driving organizational change and innovation

What we are looking for:




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Deep expertise in Kanban or Scrum and SAFE Experience with Jira for issue tracking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Ability to think strategically, provide practical solutions, and make sound decisions in complex and evolving product and customer journey environments Telecoms experience and/or experience in a start-up or PE environment - Desirable
