Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Architecture to lead the global design and implementation of a comprehensive IT and Digital Strategy for a major transformation programme. This strategic role will shape enterprise architecture frameworks, drive technology innovation and ensure alignment with business goals across a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and embed a scalable technical and digital strategy.
Define future-state architectures and technology roadmaps.
Lead enterprise-wide governance for architecture compliance.
Champion emerging technologies (AI, ML, IoT) to enhance performance and customer engagement.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead and mentor a high-performing architecture team.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven leadership in IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
Strong experience in delivering complex global technology solutions.
Deep knowledge of emerging tech, data analytics, and platforms such as Microsoft D365, Power BI, and Azure.
TOGAF certified with relevant academic qualifications.
Strategic thinker with strong influencing and collaboration skills.
Comfortable with complexity and able to communicate technical concepts clearly.

This is a high-impact interim role suited to a visionary leader with the gravitas and energy to drive digital transformation. Role requires 3 days a week on-site
