Bishop Burton College is looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Head of Area - Land Based to lead and shape a growing curriculum area. Based at our beautiful countryside campus within easy reach of Hull and York, this is a rewarding opportunity to drive innovation in land-based education.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the development and delivery of our Land Based programmes across Further Education and Higher Education. You'll manage a dedicated team of teaching staff, champion high-quality teaching and learning, and forge strong industry partnerships to support student success and curriculum relevance.
We're seeking a qualified teacher with proven leadership experience in an educational setting, a passion for vocational and technical learning, and a strong track record in curriculum development and quality assurance.
