About the Role:
You will oversee teaching and curriculum development across Art, Fine Art, Textiles and selected Creative Media, with teaching responsibilities up to GCSE and A-Level Portfolio Preparation. The successful candidate will guide students through both academic study and personal creative development, enabling them to build ambitious, diverse and expressive portfolios.

Has strong leadership experience or readiness to step up
Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge in Fine Art and related areas
Is confident preparing students for Art A-Level and portfolio interviews
Leads with warmth, structure and artistic inspiration
