As the Head of Asset Management, you'll actively support the Executive Director Development & Growth in shaping and executing strategic initiatives and the Asset Management Strategy, leading to successful delivery and decision-making.
Leading the delivery and implementation of the organisation's asset management ambitions, you'll ensure our homes are safe, affordable and good quality, including all property related investment and compliance, investment planning and sustainability, facilities management and building safety functions whilst providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
We're looking for those who can maximise the impact of the specialist knowledge and expertise within the asset management team to influence, guide and drive the development of IVH strategy, plans and services to deliver operational success.
We need people who are / have
A degree or an appropriate professional qualification.
Demonstrable experience in a senior role, ideally within a housing association or the public/not-for-profit sector.
Proven track record in asset management including compliance and health & safety, and reporting within a complex, regulated environment.
Extensive asset management experience within a property-related environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret and use financial data effectively to manage the development programme.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the highest levels.

INDHIGH
Irwell Valley Homes is a housing association providing affordable homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester and employing over 280 colleagues.
We are a charitable, registered provider of social housing and offer homes mainly for social rent, with a small number for affordable rent, market rent and shared ownership. We also provide homes with support for people with dementia, mental health issues, learning and physical disabilities, those who have been made homeless and people affected by domestic abuse.
As well as providing homes, we deliver services and support to customers and work in partnership with specialist organisations to help them sustain their tenancies and get on in life. And we engage with customers to shape services and review our effectiveness.
