We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Bars to lead our bar operations here at the Marian Resort and Spa, ensuring exceptional service and a vibrant atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence, overseeing bartending across Lounge, Restaurant, Cocktail and Sports bar of this 5 star venue . This role is pivotal in enhancing our guests' experience through innovative drink offerings and efficient food preparation.
Duties
Supervise and manage bar staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create complementary food pairings that enhance the bar menu.
Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, food preparation, and customer service excellence.
Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in both the bar and kitchen areas.
Develop new drink recipes and seasonal menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism, striving for continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a management role within a bar or hospitality setting.
Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.
Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail creation is essential.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
