The Challenge



Adobe is seeking a Head of Benefits, EMEA to lead the execution and optimisation of Benefit programs across the region reporting into the Director, Compensation & Benefits EMEA.

What you'll do



Develop and lead a team of benefits professionals to support the design, execution and communication of benefits programs across EMEA

Drive the implementation of key benefits initiatives incorporating local insights, market trends and employee feedback to ensure relevance and impact. Programs include retirement, insured benefits, health & wellbeing, time-off & leave and work & life

Lead regional retirement & risk plan governance including pension committees & trustees

Collaborate with partners in business partnering, Employee Resource Centre, procurement, payroll, technology and legal to ensure successful implementation & maintenance of programs.

Coordinate vendor relationships, ensuring performance against budget and agreed service level agreements

Responsibility for driving the use of data and analytics to generate insights that inform strategy, program effectiveness and decision making

Support benefits related communications and change management ensuring clarity and engagement

What you need to succeed



Proven experience as a people manager, ideally leading benefits teams in a matrixed, multinational environment

A minimum of 10 years benefits experience, with a strong focus on EMEA benefits across all core areas: retirement, insured benefits, health and wellbeing, time off & leave and work & life

Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex and drive engagement across diverse audiences

Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships cross functionally

A customer focused mentality, with a track record of delivering solutions that enhance the employee experience

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and fluid environment
