Role Summary



We are seeking an ambitious Head of Brand with a Marketing and Product background in our Care Division across Think Better Group's global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Strategy

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Define and refine brand positioning, ensuring alignment with customer values and market trends.

Plan and execute seasonal and annual marketing campaigns across all channels, including full briefing.

Channel Management

Oversee all marketing channels, including email, SMS, paid media, organic social media, affiliate programs, and website.

Ensure seamless and engaging cross-channel customer experiences.

Develop strategies for omnichannel marketing, leveraging data for personalisation and engagement.

Content Creation & Management

Develop and oversee the content strategy for all channels, including the website, social media, and email.

Manage the creation of high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and aesthetic, via freelancers.

Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to deliver consistent, on-brand creative assets.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

Analyse data from all paid and organic channels to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring a strong ROAS with specific focus on profitability.

Track and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies based on analytics and KPI results.

Deliver monthly growth based on profitability targets.

Partnerships & Collaboration

Establish and manage partnerships with brands, influencers, and affiliates to extend reach and build credibility.

Identify opportunities for co-branded campaigns and stockist collaborations.

Develop and manage ambassador programs to drive organic advocacy.

Customer Experience & Insights

Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure marketing aligns with customer feedback and pain points.

Utilise surveys, customer insights, and behavioral data to refine messaging and product positioning.

Team Leadership & Budget Management

Manage the paid marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize ROI with a close eye on profitability.

Manage relevant consultants to ensure work delivered to high standard, includes briefing, reviewing and feedback.

Work closely with operations to align marketing with inventory and production schedules.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a senior brand and marketing leader with over a decade of experience driving growth for purpose-led consumer brands--particularly within FMCG, baby care, consumer health, or sustainable goods. They bring deep expertise in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and product lifecycle management, with a passion for building customer trust and delivering commercial success.

This individual has a proven track record of developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and profitability. They are data-led, commercially savvy, and customer-obsessed--adept at turning insights into compelling campaigns and experiences that resonate across markets and demographics. They understand how to position a brand to reflect evolving customer values, particularly in eco-conscious and values-driven markets.

They are highly experienced in managing performance marketing and optimising digital channels--email, SMS, paid media, and social--to ensure strong ROI and profitability. Skilled in managing creative content pipelines, they collaborate effectively with designers, content creators, and freelancers to maintain brand consistency and high visual standards.

Comfortable working at both strategic and executional levels, this candidate can confidently manage consultants, oversee budgets, and work cross-functionally across operations, product, and customer experience. They thrive in dynamic, fast-growth environments and bring an entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset.

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
