About the role
We're looking for a highly organised, creatively driven Head of Brand Operations to join our team on a 12m FTC to lead the planning and execution of major brand and campaign initiatives across the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role will oversee multiple workstreams -across brand campaigns, product launches, content creation, ambassador partnerships and digital
storytelling - ensuring our activity fuels our three-year strategic growth plan and is perfectly aligned in order to deliver against our goals.
You'll be the guardian of execution, ensuring the brand's creative vision is brought to life in the most compelling, efficient, and scalable way possible and teams are perfectly aligned.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership and Marketing Calendar planning: Lead and manage a calendar of strategic projects and marketing channel activity - from concept through to delivery - ensuring all projects are on time, on budget, and on brand and are positioned to capitalise on key trading moments.
360 Campaigns: Lead strategic planning of multi-channel 360 degree campaigns in key brand moments. Work closely with media partners and agencies across TV, OOH, PR etc. to amplify key moments
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal creative, brand, marketing, and product teams, as well as senior leadership, to ensure seamless alignment on priorities and messaging. You will sit alongside a team of trusted heads of (social, influencer and business operations) and a Creative Director to ensure campaign planning and ultimately the output is to the highest standard.
Vision Execution: Translate the creative vision of the CEO and Founder into actionable project plans, driving execution that reflects brand storytelling, innovation, and commercial goals.
Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality,
consistency, and brand integrity across all touchpoints.
Strategic Input: Contribute to long-term business planning, helping to shape project roadmaps that support overall business objectives. Develop with peers and implement marketing plans that align with our growth targets. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends and consumer research to inform and shape marketing and creative strategies
Budget Management: Proficient cost control and budget management of own departmental
budgets
Team Management: Management of in house production facility and studio across photography, video, product and retouch
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced, brand-led environment - agency or in-house.
Exceptional project management and organisational skills; a natural multitasker with a sharp eye for detail.
A 'get it done' attitude - someone who breaks down the barriers to deliver against timelines and budgets and can multi task in a highly complex environment
Confident in managing timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
A collaborative mindset and clear communication style - able to inspire, align and bring the best out of internal and external teams.
Comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level.
Passion for creative excellence and brand storytelling.
