As part of our continued growth, we are establishing a Business Development and Service Improvement Team to drive innovation, sustainable growth, and service excellence across the organisation.

We are now recruiting a Head of Business Development & Service Improvement to lead this exciting transformation.

The Role



As a senior leader, you will shape and deliver our strategic approach to business development and service improvement. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will embed a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high-quality care across all services.

Key Responsibilities



Lead strategic planning and delivery of innovative, high-quality service models aligned to organisational values Drive business development activity to achieve strategic growth and market share Identify and develop new service opportunities within existing sites Identify acquisition and development opportunities aligned with business strategy Lead continuous improvement frameworks to enhance quality, efficiency, and impact Work with operational teams to develop and expand existing homes, including increasing bed numbers and care categories Lead on tender submissions to secure new contracts and retain existing ones Develop and manage effective risk management frameworks Lead and develop service improvement and business development functions
