Role Overview


As Head of Business Operations & Transformation, you will drive company-wide performance, deliver operational excellence, and pioneer digital transformation through AI, automation, and innovative practices. This is a critical leadership role with influence across every operating layer of the organisation, ensuring seamless alignment between company objectives, business processes, and the digital agenda..

What you will do


Company Goals


Own company goal performance management - design, update, and report on OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives, aligning all efforts with organisational objectives.
Partner with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to maximise impact and ensure digital efforts directly support business goals.


Business Operations


Drive and manage organisation-wide communications and change management initiatives.
Oversee, develop, implement, and enhance operational processes to maximise efficiency, effectiveness, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Serve as a strategic executive to leadership: manage schedules and documentation, drive special projects, and deliver actionable data insights.
Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR): identify operational risks, devise solutions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Lead on corporate policy and process design, legal compliance, and maintain company-wide PESTEL and risk registers.
Support procurement strategy and resource management in partnership with the CFO, prioritizing cost-effective solutions.
Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and develop innovative internal solutions to drive efficiency and improve user experience.
Safeguard sensitive information, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.


Digital Transformation


Champion the continuous improvement and optimal use of current systems, researching and deploying AI and automation to deliver productivity gains and embed a digital-first mindset.
Lead the rollout and adoption of AI tools throughout all business units.
Develop and deliver an AI literacy programme for all staff, enabling a confident transformation towards a human/AI-hybrid workplace.
Lead and inspire the Centre of Excellence, guiding the execution of the digital strategy and embedding new or improved digital solutions across the organization.
Analyse organizational data to generate strategic insights, guiding leadership decisions on process improvement and technology adoption.


What you will bring


Extensive (8+ years) experience in business operations, project management, or senior operational roles.
Proven track record managing complex technology implementations, particularly AI tooling.
Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and business continuity.
Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
Advanced analytical abilities and proficiency using data and analytics platforms for decision-making.
Outstanding discretion and integrity in supporting executive leadership.
Expertise in financial management and decision-making.
Experience leading operational transformation, leveraging analytics to optimize performance.
