Penerley Lodge provides high-quality care for older adults with dementia, physical disabilities and mental health needs. We are looking for an experienced

Head of Care

to support residents and lead our care team to ensure safe, person-centred practice every day.

The Head of Care will provide leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence. Coordinating and coaching staff to ensure that effective care services are provided, quality standards are continually improved, and clinical outcomes are recorded and measured.

As the Head of Care, you will ensure that your team is well supported and happy in their roles as this will help them to provide quality care for the people living in our homes. You will also need to be passionate about providing high quality care, ensuring the lives of the people living in our homes are continually enriched.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head of Care / Deputy Manager NVQ Level 2, 3, 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care. At least 3 years' experience in a residential or nursing home. Experience supporting individuals with dementia. Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
