Head of Care Transformation & Development

and help shape the future of care for children, young people, and their families.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal leadership role within EACH's Care Directorate. You will lead the design and delivery of transformation projects that enhance care services, improve access, and ensure our support reaches every family who needs it. Working closely with senior leaders, families, and partners, you'll drive innovation, manage change, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

Lead strategic transformation initiatives aligned with EACH's mission and values. Oversee the development and implementation of new care services and business cases. Collaborate with the development of business cases for new services and expansion of existing services. Champion co-production with families and communities to shape service delivery. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and equity. Support regulatory compliance and performance assurance across care projects. Act as EACH's lead for service development, transformation, and EDI strategy.

Do you have:

Proven experience in healthcare transformation, clinical operations, or service development. Strong leadership and project management skills. Knowledge of change management, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement abilities. A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medicine); a master's is desirable. Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive practice. A current full, valid driving license and own transport with ability to travel across East Anglia region as required; particularly the Peterborough area
