This role will be hybrid and can be based from one of our national offices.
Responsibilities:
In this leadership role, you will guide, coach, and develop a high performing team of information analysts, ensuring they deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. You will implement effective governance, structured processes, and standard operating procedures that maintain high standards, meet client deadlines, and support business wide compliance. You will also lead on initiatives designed to automate, streamline, and improve reporting efficiency across the organisation.
You will work closely with divisional leaders, the Director of Data & AI, Client Relationship Leads, and IT functions to align reporting with strategic priorities and client needs. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, you will shape and deliver tailored insights that support decision making, influence retention, and win rates, and contribute to bid activity. You will also champion innovation, stay ahead of emerging trends, and represent the business as an SME in data, reporting, and systems architecture, ensuring governance, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all reporting activity.
