We're looking for a highly motivated Sales professional to be the primary point of contact for both Sourcebooks (in the UK and Europe) and Canelo. In this role, you'll own and deliver the sales strategy, lead a dedicated team and work closely with colleagues across marketing, publicity, sales and inventory to maximise opportunities.

Building strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities across channels and markets
Supporting sales teams in pitching books and developing customer-focused plans
Working with marketing to create impactful customer campaigns and maximise sell-in and sell-through
Travelling to key markets and representing Sourcebooks at trade events, author signings and bookfairs
Ensuring profitable sales, achieving margin targets, and keeping ahead of competitors
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience selling commercial fiction and growing lists in existing or new markets
Can balance big-picture vision with practical delivery, spotting opportunities and finding creative solutions
Brings a growth mindset, with strong negotiation and analytical skills
Is agile, flexible and comfortable juggling competing demands in a fast-moving environment
Has a natural ability to forge strong relationships that inspire collaboration and drive business outcomes
Communicates clearly and confidently, acting as a conduit between client publishers and internal teams
Leads and develops teams, setting goals and creating a supportive environment where people can thrive
Conducts themselves with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Why join us?
This is a unique opportunity to influence a major publishing partnership, deliver real growth and work alongside senior decision makers. You'll gain exposure across the business, collaborate with talented colleagues, and play a central role in shaping success for both Sourcebooks and Canelo.
