We're now looking for a clinically strong, people-focused leader to take on the role of Head of Clinical Excellence - Deputy Manager. This is a senior leadership position for someone who brings both sharp clinical insight and a passion for coaching others, helping us shape a home that is safe, kind, and continually evolving.

What you'll do:
You'll take the lead on all clinical matters, mentor a talented team of nurses and carers, and work hand-in-hand with our Home Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. You'll be a visible leader, a trusted point of contact for families, and a driving force for continuous improvement.

Active NMC pin (RGN or RMN)
Proven clinical knowledge and leadership skills
A warm, steady presence with a passion for coaching others
