The Role

We are seeking an outstanding Head of Coaching to oversee the development, delivery, and quality assurance of all coaching programs across our network. This is a leadership role, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and support a team of coaches across multiple sites and schools. Design and implement high-quality PE and sports coaching programs aligned with curriculum and organisational goals. Develop and deliver ongoing CPD and training for coaching staff. Monitor and evaluate coaching standards through observations, feedback, and reporting. Build strong relationships with schools, partners, and stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery. Contribute to the strategic growth of the company, including recruitment, performance management, and program innovation.
About You

Minimum Level 2 (preferably Level 3) coaching qualification in a recognised sport or PE discipline. Proven leadership or management experience within a coaching, PE, or school sport environment. Strong understanding of the PE National Curriculum, child development, and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about developing others and promoting physical activity for all. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if applicable).

Pay: 24,000.00-26,500.00 per year
