Head of Commercial Account Development (Security Solutions)
Location: Field based. As a guide candidates should be based within reach of the south of the UK (from the Midlands down).
Salary: 70,000 + car allowance, uncapped commission structure, OTE 100K+

This is a unique industry opportunity that combines an uncapped commission structure alongside the opportunity to work with an impressive portfolio of existing clients.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with key client accounts in order to maximise sales and business development opportunities. If you have first rate client engagement skills, a strong business development track record, the ability to engage stakeholders and develop bespoke technology solutions then we are keen to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop business and commercial opportunities with a portfolio of existing key customer accounts
  • High-level client account development
  • Provide expert advice to clients regard integrated security solutions (including CCTV, access control, remote monitoring etc)
  • Development of commercial account development plans
  • Introduce a range of integrated security solutions to clients
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective collaboration with divisional teams across the business
  • The compilation of effective tender proposals.
  • Preparation of quotations and tenders
  • Monitor P&L and general profitability across the division
  • Develop strategic new business development opportunities
  • Represent the business at security industry networking events
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
  • A proven track record of winning new business across the security systems/technology (CCTV, access control etc) sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver profitable revenue growth
  • First rate client engagement skills with the ability to grow and retain accounts
  • A track record of achieving personal sales targets
  • First class negotiation skills with a flair for positively influencing senior stakeholders
  • A problem solver with a passion for service excellence
