Job Description

Reporting to our CFO, you will be a key player in driving financial strategy and decision-making processes. This role involves providing strategic financial insights, driving commercial performance, and ensuring the effective utilisation of financial resources.


The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record in Commercial FP&A. The role would suit someone who is action-oriented and has an agile approach to work, with exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to understand a business and get stuck in quickly.


As we continue to grow at a phenomenal pace, this role will be a key player in driving our high-growth transformation journey.


Key Responsibilities





Implement and embed our Integrated Business Planning process across the organisation, ensuring alignment between commercial, financial, and operational strategies.
Lead the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting process, driving rigour and cross-functional alignment to support business goals.
Track business performance against KPIs and financial targets, identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities.
Partner with leadership and functional teams to assess market trends, evaluate growth opportunities, and support strategic commercial decisions.
Support strategic initiatives with structured risk assessments and performance tracking.
Provide data-driven insights and reporting to the Executive Team, supporting critical decisions throughout the business cycle.
Coach and develop teams across the business to improve financial acumen, impact measurement, and commercial thinking.

Experience



Proven experience leading Commercial FP&A or finance transformation functions. Background in finance and commercial roles, with a strong emphasis on analysis and planning. Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Demonstrated success in delivering impactful insights and results across a variety of different roles and contexts. Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data into clear recommendations.
