The Role
As
Commercial Operations Manager
, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence and commercial innovation at EPOSBuddy. You'll design and optimise the systems, processes, and strategies that enable sustainable growth -- ensuring that creativity, agility, and efficiency work hand in hand.
You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team to shape the operational blueprint of the business, implementing scalable frameworks that improve performance, enhance customer experience, and fuel long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and continuous improvement of operational systems, processes, and workflows across the business.
Identify opportunities for innovation in service delivery, product deployment, and customer lifecycle management.
Build data-driven insights to inform commercial strategy, forecasting, and decision-making.
Drive collaboration between Sales, Operations, Finance and Support teams to create seamless customer journeys.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
Oversee key partnerships, supplier relationships, and commercial agreements.
Measure and report on performance metrics, translating data into actionable business improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in commercial operations, operational strategy, or business transformation roles (preferably in tech, SaaS, or EPOS industries).
A track record of driving innovation and operational development within a growing business.
Strong analytical, strategic, and project management capabilities.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
Experience using technology and automation to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.
Creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
