Job Description

Purpose

Take charge of 4 Installations Managers, ensure structure, accountability, and compliance in the ECO4 business, while enforcing deadlines and high standards.

Experience in the eco industry isn't needed, just a string construction background managing managers.

Key Requirements

Age range: 40-50 (reflecting maturity, authority, and experience). Background: 10+ years in the energy efficiency, renewables, or construction industry (ideally ECO schemes, PAS 2030/35, or similar). Leadership: Proven track record managing managers, not just direct installers.Style: Stern, no-nonsense leadership, able to impose discipline and structure while still motivating the team. Organisation: Process driven, with the ability to multitask multiple installation projects and teams.Compliance: Knowledge of ECO4 and retrofit standards is desirable, health & safety is a must

Responsibilities

Directly manage and hold accountable the 4 Installations Managers. Introduce clear KPIs and weekly reporting to reduce disorganisation. Enforce high quality standards are met, and meet the compliance requirements in line with ECO4 regulations and PAS 2035.Resolve conflicts, remove inefficiencies, and improve installer performance. Report directly to director with regular updates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
