The role
We are hiring a senior, hands-on Head of Content & Brand Communications to own how
both Kesseler and Online Bedrooms
show up in the world.
The brand foundations are established. Your job is to turn them into
consistent, high-quality output
that builds visibility, authority and belief -- while respecting the different commercial realities of each brand.
This role does not define the brands -- it makes them unavoidable.
You will work as a peer to our Head of Performance Marketing. They scale demand. You create the narrative, content and authority that make scaling possible, telling the brand stories and bringing the future forward.
This is a

What you'll actually do
Own brand narrative and storytelling across
two distinct brands
Ensure clear differentiation between:
Kesseler
(luxury, bespoke, authority-led)
Online Bedrooms
(commercial, accessible, performance-led)
Personally create and direct content (short-form and long-form video, photography, written content)
Deliver consistent, high-volume, high-quality output
Decide what is repeated, refined or dropped
Manage organic social channels as distribution with a commercial objective, not vanity decoration
Build relationships with editors, publications and relevant industry platforms
Secure credible third-party validation and visibility
Supply strong creative and narrative for paid amplification
Operate independently without heavy briefing or piece to piece sign-off
What success looks like
Clear, recognisable narratives for
both brands
Strong, consistent content output without senior intervention
Credible industry visibility and third-party validation
Performance marketing across both brands is better resourced because of your work
You are trusted to make narrative and content decisions autonomously
What we're looking for
Senior experience in content, brand communications or editorial-led marketing
Comfortable operating across
more than one brand
Strong editorial judgement and storytelling instinct
Confident staying
on the tools
Able to switch tone and pace without losing clarity
Confident copywriter across premium and commercial consumer audiences
Experience in interiors, lifestyle or consumer brands preferred, but not essential
Tools matter less than judgement -- but you should be comfortable with modern content workflows.
