Overview




We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Head of Content to give Inhabit a more global voice. To bring our purpose to life, telling our story in a compelling and consistent way, so more people feel connected to what we do.


Key Responsibilities




Develop and implement a global content strategy that amplifies the brand story around our pillars: wellbeing, sustainability, community, and mindful design.

Acts as the guardian of the brand voice and narrative across all touch points (digital, social, print, in-hotel), ensuring authenticity, warmth, and consistency.

Oversees global content calendars, ensuring brand consistency across channels, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and engagement.

Leads editorial content across websites, social media, CRM, brand campaigns and guest communications, ensuring engaging stories that are both accessible and inspiring.

Develops and leads the social content strategy, supported by the team, to grow an engaged community of wellness seekers and purpose-driven guests.

Sets clear goals and KPIs, tracks content performance, and continuously evolves the strategy based on insights and audience feedback.

Commissions and manages content production across all formats (copywriting, images, video) and guides output from digital platforms to on-property touch points.

Leads the development and delivery of global marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and creative partners.

Manages the global content budget and allocates resources wisely across projects and campaigns.

Manages internal team members and a network of freelance creatives and agency partners, while also working closely with Marketing, Guest Experience, and Operations to ensure unified storytelling.

Uses analytics tools to evaluate performance and keep a finger on the pulse of content trends, wellness culture, and digital innovations that elevate how we tell the Inhabit story.

Person Specification




The successful candidate will demonstrate that they have the following key criteria, personal competencies, and skills:


Proven experience (5+ years) in content creation, brand storytelling or editorial roles, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, wellness or purpose-driven brands.

A gifted storyteller with an authentic, engaging writing style and strong visual sensibility.

Deep understanding of the conscious consumer and the power of content to inspire positive change.

Experience managing multiple content formats, from social media to long-form, video, and experiential.

Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategy with hands-on creation.

Collaborative spirit and experience working with cross-functional teams and external creatives.

Passion for wellbeing, sustainability, design, and community impact.

Self-starter with excellent organisational and communication skills.
