Role overview

Introduction to the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Content to join us at Hill Dickinson.

As Head of Content, you will lead our content strategy and bring our brand to life across every channel. In this role, you'll oversee a talented team of writers, editors, and creatives, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and support our business goals. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, supporting the delivery of internal communications, PR, website content, and the production of brochureware, to name a few. Introduction to the team:

The Head of Content will report directly into the Head of Marketing and Communications and will lead of team content writers.

Key responsibilities:



This role encompasses a broad range of communications functions, including public relations, internal communications, and external communications such as marketing collateral and brochureware. The role will be accountable for:

Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy Leading and managing the content team Overseeing editorial standards for both internal and external communications Monitoring content performance and driving continuous improvement Planning and coordinating content across multiple channels

Proven experience in a similar role Experience in content creation Strong leadership and team management experience Excellent communication and presentation skills An eye for emerging trends
