Role Purpose

Operating in partnership with national, regional and local house builders to deliver a very affordable route to home ownership in more than 250 Local Authorities. Through an efficient, professional and customer focused customer property management platform heylo simultaneously provides attractive long term, inflation linked returns for investors. We are a fast-growing company with the vision to become the largest, most respected, most profitable private part buy-part rent landlord in the UK and beyond.





Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities




Lead on the progression of contracts with housebuilders from instruction of solicitors, through the due diligence process and negotiation of the SPA to exchange Oversee the management external stakeholders including housebuilders, acquisition solicitors and key third parties as well as working closely with Risk, Marketing, ESG, Sales/Transactions teams and Partnership Directors Manage numerous workflows to ensure all contracts and parties are progressing in a timely manner Oversee and approve contractual management requirements such as the top up payment, plot substitution, title insurance and building insurance month on month and the acquisition of vacant properties. Prepare and present submissions to the weekly Investment Committee Prepare reports such as weekly fund requests, pipeline and liability reports to Treasury, Finance and the Executive Committee Build and manage strong relationships with housebuilders and solicitors, developing your own network of contacts Prepare, review and circulate key transaction documents for signature

Person Specification Capabilities and Experience




The candidate will have:


2 years' experience of managing a team Experience of the housebuilding industry and an understanding of legal contracts beneficial Confident and approachable with strong communication skills Highly motivated individual with the ability to work on multiple projects at once and prioritise daily workload IT literate with strong competence in Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex information effectively Strong influencing and networking skills, with proven ability to work with others to achieve results Proactive in building and improving team processes Able to work with efficiency and accuracy under pressure to achieve to tight deadlines
