Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and client-focussed Conveyancing professional seeking a senior leadership position as 'Head of Conveyancing & Property' in our successful Property Team.

Combining strategic oversight with hands-on involvement you will be responsible for managing a full case load of conveyancing matters advising on a range of Property Transactional work - delivering peace of mind to our clients with the highest levels of client service.

You will lead the conveyancing team sharing your experience, knowledge and skills working collaboratively with the firm's Partners and the conveyancing team to deliver exceptional client service.

You will embrace developing and implementing strategies for the department for continued growth of our conveyancing & property offering and ambitiously building and maintaining a strong local network of professional contacts and referral partners - with participation as a senior leader in business development opportunities.
You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards and supervise & support our junior team members.

Our property team give legal advice on a wide range of non-contentious, residential property matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and voluntary first registrations.

You will be a team player with drive, professionalism and a genuine passion for client care who enjoys sharing work and knowledge to deliver high standards of service and bespoke advice to our clients. Delivering Peace of Mind is at the heart of everything we do.

You will be fully supported by experienced secretarial and para legal support. We operate our files electronically and some working remotely is possible.

The salary for this role is very competitive depending on your qualification, skills and experience and we offer the benefit of Company pension and On-site parking
