Job Description

I'm pleased to bring to market a fantastic senior corporate legal role for a well known financial services client of mine.
This role will be the lead corporate lawyer for all of their EMEA business.
That will include all M&A activity, corporate restructurings etc. as well as supporting on wider regulatory and commercial work.
This is a job that will make a genuine difference to the firm and can offer really great variety.
The business is performing well and delivered excellent profits in its last financial results.
They are looking for a season corporate lawyer who has advised on both public and private transactions but can add more than just deal experience.
They are happy to look at either straight law firm or in house experience but they will need to see demonstrable financial services experience.
All applicants will need to be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or common law equivalent.
