The Head of Corporate Services - Category Lead - Agency Labour will manage procurement activities within the business services industry, focusing on corporate services, HR, agency labour spend.

• Lead category strategies across corporate services, HR Services, Legal & Audit, Consultancy, Travel & Meetings, and other indirect spend areas.
• Act as the go?to expert for HR procurement, bringing market insight and commercial leadership.
• Oversee and optimise supply chains for UK Temporary Labour and Security Subcontractors.
• Negotiate with key suppliers, ensuring contracts deliver value, compliance, and innovation.
• Drive supplier consolidation programmes and challenge spend behaviours to unlock savings.
• Deliver a multiyear savings pipeline and P&L benefits across categories.
• Represent procurement at leadership level, influencing strategy and supporting bid activity.
