Job Description

We seek an experienced learning design professional to lead the growth, development and ongoing maintenance of our expanding professional training course portfolio.

This is an exciting and multi-faceted role for a senior learning designer, course or curriculum lead who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to make a difference both behind the scenes and on the front line. You'll be working within the ICEF Academy arm of ICEF - the largest platform for professional development, training and certification in the international education industry.

You will develop ICEF Academy's Course roadmap, oversee programme development and production, and work closely with course partners and senior colleagues to form and deliver a market-relevant, best-in-class training portfolio. Remaining a hands-on learning designer is also crucial, as you'll work with internal stakeholders and SMEs, external partners and from your own research to develop comprehensive and engaging online certification courses.

The role and your responsibilities:



Devise and deliver a course development strategy that supports both quality standards and commercial goals. Manage and develop the existing course portfolio, including updates and enhancements in line with market changes. Advise on, and embed e-learning best practice standards. Carry out research on the market at large, and on a range of international education topics. Develop research findings into comprehensive and engaging interactive courses. Work with the in-house production team and external producers where necessary to develop course assets. Work with contributing partners to develop and adapt external course content into the house style and standard where necessary. Manage all assets and content within the Learning Management System (LMS). Oversee all aspects of course development, and share ideas and suggestions, with the shared goal of creating a premium professional training experience for international education professionals.

Your skills and talents:



Essential:



An experienced learning design professional with 5+ years' experience in learning design. Exceptional written English skills. Able to create, collate and curate learning content for maximum engagement and impact. An astute researcher with excellent analytical skills. A strong professional understanding of, and ideally background in, international education. Working knowledge of a range of LMS. Experience using course development software such as Articulate Rise. Organised...and adaptable. A confident and capable communicator with advanced stakeholder management skills. Well-honed collaboration and line management capabilities. An eye for detail and a drive for quality. Keen to build on experience and play a pivotal role in scaling up a growing platform. Conscientious in managing projects and tasks through to completion and to deadline.

Desirable:



Previous experience producing online courses and/or interactive learning materials. Multimedia production skills (basic video editing, working knowledge of Adobe CS, interactive content tools). Previous experience working in LearnDash. Extensive contacts within the education space. Experience working with CPD programmes.
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
