We're looking for a dynamic Head of Creative & Brand Marketing to join RIXO - a senior creative storyteller and strategic thinker who will grow brand love and commercial impact in equal measure. This role sits at the intersection of brand, creative and marketing, leading campaigns that inspire customers and drive the business forward.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will translate their vision into creative storytelling and brand marketing across campaigns, content, and community moments ensuring a 360 vision in-store, online and across digital social platforms globally. You'll blend creative excellence with commercial strategy - building brand love, driving awareness, and delivering results. You'll lead a talented brand marketing and creative team and collaborate across the business to bring RIXO's joyful, vintage-modern DNA to life at every touchpoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and deliver impactful brand storytelling that strengthens RIXO's presence across campaigns, content, social media, and retail globally.
Own seasonal narratives and turn them into clear, compelling creative briefs and executions.
Balance emotional brand-building with commercial strategy, ensuring creative drives revenue as well as awareness.
Partner with Head of Digital to align creative and performance marketing strategies.
Lead and inspire the brand creative team - spanning art direction, content, social and visual merchandising - to deliver a joyful, cohesive brand voice across all touchpoints.
Champion cultural relevance and community building through storytelling and collaborations.
Collaborate closely with PR, Digital, Ecommerce, Wholesale and Retail to ensure brand storytelling is consistent and impactful across every customer touchpoint.
Define and monitor KPIs across brand health, awareness, engagement, and campaign ROI, ensuring creative excellence translates into measurable business impact. Oversee and manage the brand marketing budget to optimize results and maximize ROI.
Develop a strong understanding of our customer to create campaigns and stories that truly resonate with their interests and motivations.
Inspire internal teams to live and breathe the RIXO brand, fostering creativity, collaboration and innovation across the business.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in a similar brand marketing and creative leadership role within fashion, lifestyle or beauty.
Taste level aligned with RIXO's joyful, feminine, vintage-modern DNA.
A strong track record of growing both brand love and commercial results.
Natural storyteller with sharp strategic and creative instincts.
Strong leadership experience building and scaling creative and brand marketing teams.
Understands how to balance brand building with trading and growth.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
