Head of Customer Solutions
Birmingham
Up to 70,000 + Bonus
I'm working with a fast-growing and forward-thinking logistics company in Birmingham that's on the hunt for a Head of Customer Solutions to drive strategic value creation and innovative supply chain solutions for their high-profile clients.
This is a senior role ideal for someone with a background in freight forwarding, supply chain transformation, or 3PL/4PL consultancy, and a passion for combining strategy, technology, and customer experience to deliver real commercial impact.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as a trusted advisor to key customers and internal teams
Leading the design and delivery of bespoke supply chain solutions
Driving strategic value propositions with measurable client benefits
Managing internal workshops, consultative sales efforts, and high-level client presentations
Coaching commercial teams on value-led, consultative engagement
What you'll need:
5-10 years in supply chain transformation or freight/logistics consultancy
Strong commercial acumen and operational understanding
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Deep knowledge of supply chain systems and digitisation
Ability to lead projects from ideation through to implementation
