. We're now looking for a dynamic

Head of Customer Success

to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the way in shaping, growing, and delivering an exceptional customer journey.

In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle - from onboarding through renewal and expansion! Ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions. You'll drive strategy, strengthen relationships with key customers, and champion a culture of excellence across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

Designing and delivering a clear customer success vision and strategy Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing customer success team Acting as a trusted partner and executive sponsor for key clients Driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion within reinsurance and financial services Collaborating across Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure client needs shape our roadmap Embedding a customer first culture across Eurobase

Requirements




Proven leadership in customer success within a SaaS/software environment Deep knowledge of the

reinsurance industry

and its challenges A track record of transforming support into proactive customer success functions Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with customer success tools, data, and metrics
