We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Data, Analysis and Insight to join our community hub team. The successful candidate ensure data, analysis and insight initiatives align with Achieve together's business objectives and strategic direction to inform continuous improvement and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance the delivery of analytical products, including dashboards, data products and bespoke insight reports, ensuring outputs are meaningful, actionable and tailored to business needs.
Provide strategic oversight of the organisation's data warehouse, ensuring it supports scalable, secure and high-quality data integration, governance and access across teams.
Champion the use of data and insight across Achieve together, advocating for data quality, analytical rigour and the role of insight in decision making. Build networks to foster a data informed culture.
Articulate the "art of the possible" through emerging technologies, data sources and analytical methods, supporting innovative thinking and strategic direction in line with industry trends and regulatory context.
Provide leadership for analytical teams, fostering a high-performance culture
Lead the development of decision intelligence capabilities, integrating analytics, business logic and AI to support proactive and informed decision making.
Promote data product thinking by designing reusable, modular data assets that serve cross functional business needs and accelerate delivery.
Drive metadata management and data lineage practices to improve data discoverability, trust and compliance.
Tailor analytical approaches to the care sector's specific needs, including safeguarding, compliance, operational efficiency and people's experience of care.
Requirements:
Proven ability to lead data, analysis and insight team aligning initiatives with organisational objectives and driving measurable impact.
Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing and governance
Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality analytical products (dashboards, reports, data products) that inform decision-making and improve performance.
Knowledge of advanced analytical approaches, including AI, predictive modelling and decision intelligence frameworks.
Experience in designing reusable, data products to support scalability and cross-functional needs.
Familiarity with compliance, safeguarding and operational requirements within the care sector or similar regulated environments.
Ability to build strong partnerships across technical and non-technical teams, influencing and advocating for data driven decision making.
Track record of introducing innovative analytical methods and leveraging emerging technologies to deliver business value.
Background in mentoring and developing analytical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
