CFC is looking for a dynamic data leader to head our Data Insights function and drive the next evolution of MI and BI across the business.
In this role, you'll lead high?performing teams delivering clear, accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders, carriers and brokers. You'll shape our BI strategy, govern our data estate, and champion a data?driven culture across CFC.
About the role
This is a super diverse role, you'll:
Lead MI & BI teams delivering reporting for Exec, Board, carriers and brokers
Oversee dashboards and reporting (we use Qlik, but we're open to similar!)
Define and maintain CFC's data dictionary and KPI governance
Ensure all regulatory and delegated authority reporting is accurate and on time
Oversee bordereaux, month?end processes and profit commission calculations
Support Lloyd's audits, binding authority administration and Atlas updates

We're keen to hear about your:
Extensive MI/BI leadership experience in insurance (Lloyd's/London Market ideal)
Confidence communicating complex insights to senior stakeholders
Strong BI governance and self?service reporting expertise
Detail?driven approach and passion for data quality
