Hybrid (Central Scotland - between Glasgow & Edinburgh)

Salary:

Up to 40,000 Basic Salary DOE + Est. 15-20K Annual Profit Share Bonus

Hours:

Full-time, Permanent

Hybrid working:

3 days WFH, 2 days in-office

We're growing fast -- and we're now looking for a

Head of Delivery

to lead our delivery teams across Paid Media, Video Production, and CRO, ensuring every campaign, asset, and optimisation we produce meets Kindling's standards of quality and efficiency.

The Role



As

Head of Delivery

, you'll be responsible for the smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all client work. You'll manage workload distribution across teams, support team leads in prioritising projects, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

This is both a people and process role -- perfect for someone who understands marketing delivery, thrives on structure and clarity, and loves leading teams to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities



Team Leadership:


Oversee delivery teams across Paid Media, Video Production, and CRO -- ensuring collaboration, accountability, and quality across all client projects.

Workload & Project Management:


Monitor and manage team workloads, triaging new projects and tasks to the right people, and ensuring turnaround times (TAT) and delivery metrics are met.

Performance & Reporting:


Track delivery performance, quality, and resource utilisation -- reporting regularly to the MD and Operations Manager.

Technical Client Support:


Join client calls (alongside Account Managers) where needed to explain complex campaign or technical reasoning in clear, client-friendly terms.

Tools & Budget:


Research, source, and manage tools, software, and subscriptions used by the delivery team, ensuring budget efficiency and value.

Recruitment & Team Growth:


Support the recruitment and onboarding of new delivery team members, helping to grow and structure the department effectively.

About You



You're organised, commercially aware, and thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. You can speak both "client" and "technical", bridging creative, marketing, and operations teams with ease.

Essential skills and experience:



Experience managing cross-functional teams in a marketing, digital, or creative agency. Strong understanding of delivery disciplines such as paid media, video, or CRO. Skilled at project prioritisation and workload management. Excellent communication -- able to translate technical issues into simple client language. Confident managing tools, budgets, and team performance metrics.

Nice-to-haves:



Hands-on background in paid media, creative production, or CRO. Experience in resource planning or project management systems. Understanding of agency financials and delivery KPIs.
