About the Role:

As Lawhive's Head of Demand Generation, you will build and scale our demand engine from the ground up. You'll own the full multi-channel funnel, spearheading B2B marketing strategy, creating high-performing content, and designing campaigns to turn awareness into qualified pipeline and revenue. Working closely with our Sales and Product teams, you'll run data-driven experiments, optimise lead capture and nurturing, and refine our go-to-market approach based on measurable results.


This is a highly visible, cross-functional and strategic role, with a significant degree of ownership. The work you do will amplify Lawhive's brand visibility and digital presence, positioning us as the leading voice in legal innovation and driving commercial outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement pioneering B2B demand generation strategies targeting lawyers, professional service providers, and prospective clients. Lead creation and execution of a personality-driven content marketing strategy, including written and video content, thought leadership, case studies, social media campaigns, and white papers. Build and scale Lawhive's digital presence, with strong emphasis on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, to increase demand and brand authority. Drive the planning and delivery of high-impact in-person and online events that position Lawhive as a legal innovation leader. Own the numbers behind our marketing success, from initial engagement to closed-won, using data to continually refine strategies and demonstrate clear ROI. Design and optimise lead capture funnels with sophisticated lead scoring, nurturing, and analytics to maximise conversion. Partner with our Sales and Product teams to create a seamless revenue engine and coordinated sales and Marketing motions. Build and nurture relationships with industry publications, influencers, and partners to amplify brand credibility and reach.

Requirements:

7+ years of B2B demand generation experience within a start-up or scale-up environment. Proven track record of developing and executing demand generation strategies that deliver measurable business impact. Expertise in content marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), account-based marketing, and marketing automation. Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, events, and complex marketing funnels. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using marketing metrics to optimise performance. A self-starter mindset with high degree of ownership and a focus on driving impact. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Knowledge of the Legal industry or Professional Services is advantageous.
