The Role
As Head of Department, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Business Studies curriculum. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the subject, working with a dedicated team and enthusiastic students.
You will:
Lead the planning, delivery, and assessment of engaging and high-impact Business Studies lessons.
Inspire and support student achievement through innovative teaching and curriculum development.
Manage and mentor departmental staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Contribute to whole-school leadership initiatives and the broader educational vision of the school.
About You

Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of success in Business Studies.
