The Role

As Head of Department, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Business Studies curriculum. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the subject, working with a dedicated team and enthusiastic students.

You will:

Lead the planning, delivery, and assessment of engaging and high-impact Business Studies lessons. Inspire and support student achievement through innovative teaching and curriculum development. Manage and mentor departmental staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Contribute to whole-school leadership initiatives and the broader educational vision of the school.

About You

We are looking for an ambitious and inspiring leader who:

Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of success in Business Studies. Has experience of leading or significantly contributing to departmental progress and improvement. Possesses strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Is passionate about raising achievement and ensuring every student reaches their potential.
