We are seeking an experienced

Head of Timepieces & Consignment Services

to join our prestigious Mayfair boutique. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the luxury watch market, working with elite clientele and the finest brands, including

Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, and Patek Philippe

.

Key Responsibilities:

Must have strong IT proficiency, including experience with

Apple Mac software

and general computer skills. Oversee and expand the

Timepieces & Consignment Services

department, ensuring exceptional service and sales performance. Manage high-value transactions, including consignment and private sales. Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, collectors, and industry professionals. Curate an exclusive selection of luxury timepieces and ensure authenticity and valuation accuracy. Implement and utilize

Excel, Shopify, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems

to manage customer relationships and track sales performance. Support digital marketing efforts, including

content creation and social media management

, to engage new and existing clients. Stay ahead of industry trends, market fluctuations, and emerging opportunities in the luxury watch sector.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in the luxury jewellery or watch industry, working with major brands. A strong network of clients and collectors or an existing sales book.

Proven sales ability

in the high-end luxury sector, with a track record of exceeding targets. Expertise in watch trends, authentication, and valuations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive department success.
A dynamic, client-focused professional with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Schedule:

Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (with 2 Saturdays off per month)
