As our Head of Development & Architecture, you'll shape the future of our business systems and set the direction for how technology empowers the entire organisation. Reporting directly to the Digital Director, you'll lead two dynamic teams-- Applications, and IT Support--driving innovation and excellence every step of the way.
In this role, you'll chair the Technical Design Authority, define our Target Architecture, and steer IT governance to ensure we stay aligned with business goals. You'll also provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding our data and applications teams to deliver scalable, robust, and forward-looking solutions.
The Salary range is 80,000-90,000 per annum.
