Where does my role fit in Digital and SABP?
The Trust's strategic focus is on creating a digital environment that simplifies processes, enhances collaboration, and ensures that staff can focus on delivering high-quality care without being burdened by unnecessary administrative tasks or inefficient systems.
Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) support services within the Digital division are aligned to establish a more integrated team to improve collaboration and communication between the EHR facing teams and as a result improving the quality of support provided to our frontline
staff.
A Digital Project Management Office (PMO) has been introduced to better manage the numerous, complex projects that are ongoing within the division and support the effective delivery of digital projects and programmes and digital workstreams in Trust projects and programmes.
Establish and m anage the Digital Project Management Office (PMO) to act as a focal point for all Digital projects and digital workstreams within trust projects and programmes .
Co-ordinat e and monitor a wide range of projects to ensure effective delivery on time and to budget. Lead the adoption of a recognised project methodology and practice across the directorate to ensure a consistent approach to delivering project objectives .
Ensure the critical interdependencies between Digital projects and digital workstreams within trustwide transformation programmes and projects are managed effectively . Lead on the performance monitoring and reporting of the various pr ojects against key performance indicators including budgets.
Ensure executives and senior management receive robust, timely , and interpretable project management information to appraise them of project progress and inform their decision-making.
