This position will be based in our London office with a hybrid schedule that has the option of working two days remotely each week.
Role Purpose:
Support the Head of UK Retail by leading the core strategic broker relationships, ensuring engagement at all levels with a personal focus on retail broker leadership. The role is pivotal in driving the opportunity pipeline across our lines of business and maximising value from broker partnerships.
Key Accountabilities:Oversee the day-to-day management of the retail aspects of strategic broker agreements to ensure optimal return on investment. Lead bi-monthly engagement with broker carrier management teams in collaboration with the Head of Distribution for EGM. Develop and execute broker engagement plans, ensuring thorough preparation with Line of Business heads to maximise meeting outcomes. Facilitate broker meetings alongside Line of Business heads to generate actionable insights and drive production. Champion a production-focused mindset, supporting the Head of UK Retail in implementing a review process for new business performance. Own and manage the follow-up process for all business opportunities, ensuring systematic tracking and conversion through underwriters and broking partners. Personally manage key senior broker relationships at CEO and CBO level. Clearly articulate Everest's core product appetite and differentiators to broker partners.

Professional Experience & Skills:Proven experience in Broker Management, or Business Development. Comprehensive understanding of the UK Retail insurance market. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with a structured approach to work. Effective time management and prioritisation. Clear and confident communicator, able to convey Everest's strategy and value proposition. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
