Are you a seasoned Electronic Warfare (EW) professional with a passion for training and leadership? Draken Europe is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Electronic Warfare Academy to lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge EW training programmes for military clients across the EMEA region.

What You'll Do


Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of expert EW instructors, fostering excellence in training delivery across classroom, simulator, and live environments. Design & Deliver: Create a structured suite of EW learning experiences aligned with UK MOD, NATO STANAGs, and regional defence standards. Engage & Represent: Act as the primary liaison with defence clients, ensuring training meets the highest standards of quality, relevance, and impact. Innovate & Evolve: Stay ahead of emerging EW technologies and threat environments to keep our training cutting-edge and mission-ready.
What You Bring


Extensive operational EW experience in UK, NATO, or allied military environments. Proven leadership in training or operational command roles. Strong instructional background with multinational delivery experience. Deep knowledge of EW disciplines: EA, EP, and ES. Familiarity with DSAT, UK MOD, and NATO training frameworks. Eligible for UK SC or NATO Secret clearance. Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
Bonus Points For


Former UK Armed Forces EW service (RAF, RN, Army) or equivalent. Experience with live/synthetic EW training platforms and Red Air integration. Recognised instructional qualifications (e.g., Defence Train the Trainer). Multilingual capabilities. Project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
