Head of Energy Performance Services

UK - Remote - UK Travel

Great opportunity for an experienced Energy Performance Leader to work for a Global innovation and technology leader in industrial automation and digitalisation.

In this key role, you will head a team of experts and collaborate with strategic customers and internal stakeholders to drive the growth of the EPS UK business. You will be responsible for the EPS P&L, driving top-line growth whilst ensuring operational excellence of projects and services to achieve the defined strategic and financial goals.

The Role:

  • Providing strategic leadership to develop and execute the EPS Country Strategy and Business Plans in alignment with the Global & Regional goals and objectives.
  • Lead a culture of high-performance, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement in a diverse and agile environment.
  • Implement guidelines and define functional specific policies, processes, or methods to ensure compliance with Global & Regional strategy and go-to-market with a full EPS portfolio.
  • Responsibility for Sales Enablement and Sales Growth in order to achieve sustainable financial objectives and processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals with direct line management of team managers, setting clear performance objectives and providing regular feedback to support professional development initiatives.
Required Experience:
  • University Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or similar.
  • Experience in managing a business P&L and multiple organisational units (sales, engineering, execution, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in project business preferably in building refurbishments, energy efficiency projects, onsite generation, and/or power generation.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
