What you will do:
- Build and lead a small, high-performing engineering team (3-10 people).

The ideal candidate:
- 3-5 years of hands-on building experience in early-stage startups (seed/Series A).
- A strong senior IC ready for their first Head of Engineering leadership opportunity.
- Equity-motivated with existing UK Right to Work and commitment to regular London office presence.
