London (Hybrid) | 150k GBP
Are you an experienced Engineering Manager with a passion for Web3? Do you want to make a meaningful impact on the advancement of blockchain technologies? Our new client is a Web3 software leader with offices in London and Porto, driving innovation for clients like Algorand, Chainlink, Shell and Ledger.
They are looking for a senior Head of Engineering to overlook all the projects of the company.
In this role you will:
- Lead a team of 60 engineers with 8-9 tech leads reporting directly to you
- Align technology strategy and implementation
- Oversee architecture, security, and design standards
- Lead and mentor engineers, promoting innovation where you can
- Comfortable leading large and high productivity teams
- Experience overlooking JavaScript projects
- Familiar working in a start-up environment
- An interest in Web3/blockchains
