Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about children's entertainment and education? Lucy Sparkles & Friends is looking for a dedicated Head of Entertainment to join our fun, creative, and dynamic team!

We provide high-quality music, drama, and dance entertainment for children's parties and classes in and around London. We're now seeking someone to oversee and manage our wonderful team of entertainers and help ensure every child's party is a magical, stress-free experience for parents.

What You'll Do:

Communications: Respond to emails, phone calls, texts, and WhatsApp from Monday to Friday (and occasionally weekends for urgent issues). Bookings & Customer Service: Manage enquiries and process party bookings with warmth and efficiency. Team Management: Support and coordinate a team of ~20 entertainers -- including scheduling and trouble shooting. Logistics: Organise and distribute costumes, props, and party supplies. Maintain a small stock at home for posting as needed. Invoicing: Prepare and issue client invoices promptly. Follow up on outstanding payments from clients. Support: Assist our franchisees with entertainment-related queries. Maintenance: Ensure costumes, wigs, and supplies are in good condition. Client Feedback: Handle feedback from clients professionally and positively. Systems Improvement: Continuously look for better ways to streamline operations, improve our customer service, increase sales, improve our entertainment packages and enhance the experience for clients and entertainers alike.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Experience in customer service or team coordination (experience with children's entertainment is a plus!) A problem-solver with a calm and friendly approach Someone who enjoys flexibility and can manage their own schedule effectively Comfortable keeping light stock at home and posting small parcels Someone based in or around London

Pay: 13.85 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
